Allytte Visitor's Card is a visitor log a campus can use to prevent COVID19.

With Allytte Visitor's Card, you can keep a legitimate visitor log without any unnecessary contact. 

 

 

Allytte provides modular services where institutions can choose what service they want to use from our varying plug-ins. The plug-ins can be used individually or together depending on the institution’s needs.

 

How to use is simple.

Join Allytte and launch our Visitor's Card from our list of plug-ins.

 

Once the plug-in is added to your Allytte site, you can create QR codes you can put on the entrances of your campus buildings. When a member of your campus enters the building, they can launch Allytte app and scan the QR code, answer a quick COVID19 self-assessment survey, and done. If you show symptoms on the survey, you will not be granted access to the building. 

 

You can show your visitor's card upon entry.

 

When you show COVID19 symtoms, your access will be denied.

When members use Visitor's Card, logs are digitally stored for access in case of an outbreak.

Why use a digital log? It's easier to manage and logging time is reduced.

Below are some problems with the manual visitor log and how Allytte can solve it.

 

①visitors don't write legitimate contact information,

The survey can be used for other then COVID self-assessment

Some usages are,

 

COVID19 symptoms may change in time, or new symptoms can be found for better self-assessment.

For example in the early stage of the outbreak, loss of taste was unknown.

When such a case occurs, a quarantine officer can input the new symptom to a self-assessment checklist.

 

God forbid, but COVID19 may not be the only pandemic we will experience in near future.
