Since working from home has become the new normal, many offices seek to reduce their space.

Hot desking is a convenient system to run in such offices where a desk is not assigned but shared.

Allytte Hot Desking System allows members to check-in and out of a desk space

from a mobile app or assigned Kiosk.

It can be used in crowded libraries or in offices.

Easy to Use

Allytte hot deskin gis very simple to use.

We provide 3 different methods in hot desking. Any office can choose either 1 or use all three methods. f

1. Select a seat from the floor plan

This is the most commonly used method for assigning a desk in an office or a library.

From the floor plan, you can choose the desk you want to use and then check in.

Choosing from the floor plan is best when users are not frequent and do not know the location of the desks.

Also, you can easily check out who is seating where.

However, if your primary platform for hot deskin is mobile, this may not be convenient.

The mobile screen has a limited screen size, and it may not display the entire floor plan if the space is too large.

2. Select a seat with seat number

If the users are well acquainted with the space, selecting a seat number may be the most convenient method, especially for mobile users.

For users whose not familiar with seating arrangement,

we provide floor plan for reference.

3. Check in with QR Scan

User can directly go to the dest they want and check in by scanning QR code on the desk.

A QR code must be on the desk for scanning,

but it is most intuitive method for you choose your seat from actual empty seats.

The QR scan method is epecially useful for good desk rotation since physically check in prohibits same person contstantly using certain desk/seat.

Once you are done using the desk, you can simply check out from the mobile app.
